Show Resignations, Appointments Approved by AC Trustees Many Changes . Made at Utah State California who obtained her master's degree at Columbia university, uni-versity, was appointed assistant professor of home economics education edu-cation at USAC, beginning with winter quarter. Other appointments included: Annette Cardon Carlos as teacher teach-er at Whittier training school to fill unexpired term of J. Wesley Christensen, on leave; Mrs. Fay Moser, employed full time to teach part of classes taught by William Scholes, on leave, and two courses in home economics; Helen Starin, as graduate assistant assist-ant in women's physical education; educa-tion; Mrs. Libbie Baxter Maughan as extension service stenographer, and temporary appointment of E. L. (Dick) Romney, as dean of men. Appointment of a new clothing cloth-ing specialist for the Utah Agricultural Agri-cultural extension service and the approval of appointments and resignations of several other members of the, Utah State Agricultural Ag-ricultural college and Branch Agricultural college faculties featured fea-tured a meeting Saturday of the USAC board of trustees. Mrs. Lois Peel Smith, extension exten-sion service home demonstration agent in Millard county for about lour years, "was appointed state clothing specialist, succeeding Mrs. Susie Sanford Cook, who has resigned to join her husband in Evanston,' Wyoming. Mrs. Smith, whose appointment becomes et-rective et-rective December 1, is a USAC graduate who taught home economics eco-nomics in high school before becoming be-coming a home demonstration agent Frances Gormley, teaching home economics at a Wyoming high school, will replace Mrs. Smith as Millard county home demonstration agent. Miss Gorm-ey Gorm-ey served with the farm secur-"y secur-"y administration. Bessie Hansen of Fielding, TJSAC graduate who has been employed by the FSA at Nephi for several years, was appointed home demonstration dem-onstration agent for Box Elder cunty, succeeding Mrs. Ethel B. Lund, who " -was transferred to Salt Lake county. The board appointed Cleve H. Milligan, USAC graduate who obtained his master's degree at the University of California, as sociate professor of agricultural Mgineering, to succeed Professor A- C. Jacquet who has taken a Position as district manager of the Bonneville Power administration administra-tion at Wenatchee, Washington. The resignations were accepted of George H.
