Show OK Road Work Right of way difficulties delaying delay-ing const-ruction ot a farm road ' from the Smithfield pea vinery on U. S. highway 91 each about oue and one-half miles through pea fields have been smoothed out, and construction can start goon, Cache county commissioners commission-ers reported today. A committee of Smithfield property pro-perty owners told commissioners at a meeting that all owners of land on the surveyed route now have agreed to sell right of way tracts to the county. One propcr-5 propcr-5 ty owner reportedly considered for y several months before deciding to sell. The county now is ready to purchase pur-chase the land, reported Clerk N. J. Crookston. Purchasess will be made through County Attorney L. Tom Perry, and construction will begin as soon as ' possible after af-ter title Is obtained to the right of way. |
