( Mr. and Mrs. Grant Webb and family of Shelly, Ida., are the i guests of Mrs. Webb's mother, Mrs. Isabelle Bingham. Mr. Donald Jackson, who is in the Sea, Bees, spent 5 days visiting with his wife and family. Mr. Jackson received his boot training at San Diego and has been transferred trans-ferred to Shumaker, Calif. Mrs Jackson and family accompanied Mr. Jackson to Berkley. While there, Mrs. Jackson will be the guest of her sister, Mrs. G. 3. Sorensen. Mr. and Mrs. Roy West spent Sunday at Bancroft, Ida. as the guests of Mrs. Ernest Hogan and on Monday and Tuesday were the guests of Mrs. Marian Bell of Lava Hot Springs. Mr. and Mrs. Lorin Smith and sons Don, Jay and Robert, and Mr. and Mrs. Ariel Valentine were the guests, of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Smith Wednesday. Mr. Glen Tout left Thursday for California on business. Seaman 2-c Glen Ray Moosman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Moosman is spending a. short furlough visiting vis-iting with his parents and other relatives and friends. Mr. Moosman Moos-man has finished his boot training at the Navy Camp at San Diego. Mr. Moosman and two other young men were the only three of the class chosen to go to school and will be in the hospital corps. Mrs. Adrian Merrill of Idaho Falls, Mrs. 1 Harvey Christensen of Logan and Mrs. Francinia Christensen Chris-tensen of Los Angles, Calif., were visiting with relatives Wednesday. Mrs. J. E. Shaeffer eniertained at a party honoring Mrs. Helen P. Toolson, who was observing her birthday anniversary Friday afternoon. after-noon. Luncheon was served to the honored guest, Mrs. T. B. Farr, Mrs. T, W. Jarvis, Mrs. Richard Roskelly, Mrs. Robert Griffith and two special guests, Mrs. Oliver Ol-iver Nelson and Mrs. Richard Toolson. Mrs. Robert Griffith won the high score prize. Mrs. Tool-son Tool-son was presented with a gift. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Tarbet of Idaho Falls and Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Tarhet of Indianapolis, Indiana, were visiting relatives and friends Wednesday. Mrs. J. C. Perkins entertained her bridge club at her home Friday Fri-day afternoon. Luncheon was served to 8 club members. Mrs. Gwen Ewing won the high score prize and Mrs. George Rasmussen won the low score prize. Mrs. Leo Nelson will entertain the club June 8th. at her home. |
