Show UNION PACIFIC WINS 7 THE SAFETY MEDAL The E. H. Harriman Memorial med al for the bes-t record in accident prevention pre-vention among American railroads of 1921, has been awarded to the Union Pacific system, the American Museum of Safety has announced. The western division of the Chicago Chica-go Great Western railroad was awarded the silver facsimile of the Harriman Gold Medal given annually annual-ly to the division of any railroad showing the best safety record. Jos. Gragskow, assistant foreman in tnu Omaha shops of the Union Pavific received re-ceived the Harriman bronze medal for the individual employee who diu most in furthering accident prevention preven-tion activities during 1924. Grags- kow has never received an accidental injury during fifty-six continuous years of railroad service.
