Show 7-YEAR OLD BOY VICTIM PNEUMONIA Gordon, the seven-year-old son of "Mr. and Mrs. V. H. Dillehunt, died at noon last Sunday at the family home in Milford, after a weeks illness, death resulting from flu-pneumonia. The lad made a valiant fight for life and held out hope for recovery until the very last. He was in the second grade in school and was loved and admired by his classmates. In addition ad-dition to his parents he is survived in the immediate family by two small sisters, Marjorie and Betty. The body was prepared for burial by Harry Ward of this city arid was taken to Salt Lake Monday afternoon where funeral services were conducted conduct-ed under auspices of the L. D. S. church in the Larkin undertaking parlors par-lors Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, and the body laid to rest in the Salt Lake cemetery. The family came to Milford jn" 1923' and Mr. Dillehunt has been employed as a telegrapher in the chief dispatcher's dispatch-er's office since that time. Many beautiful floral offerings attested at-tested the love of a host of friends of the young lad and the heartfelt sympathy sym-pathy for the bereaved parents. Mrs. C. C. Sloan has been caring for the little girls during the absence of the boy's parents. |
