Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Entiineors's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Jlur 2., 1920 Notice is hereby given that Walter James of Black Rock. Utah has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled laws of Utah. 1917, as amended by the .Session Laws of Utah. 1915. to appropriate ap-propriate one-hundredth (.01) of a -econrt-foot of water from 1 pper Pme Spring in Beaver County. Said Spring Sp-ring is in unsurveyed territory and is situate at a point from which a monument mon-ument marked "B. O-. Clav" bears S 6 3 deg. 02 Min. W 19,074 ft. which monument is nhout thirty miles we:t 'l Newhouse in the northwest corner of Beaver County. The water is to he conveyed by meansof a pipe lire for a distance of 1160 feet and there used from January 1 to December SI inclusive, each year for stock watering water-ing purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 8391. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied wit': a fee of J2.50 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this ' notice.
