OCR Text	Show CUTTING AFFRAY AT FRISCO Willard Smith was before Justice Nichols this morning charged with "assault with a deadly weapon" upon up-on the person of Louis Drofonik, an I Austrian. The complaining witness . was not in court, said to be too badly injured to appear. The defendant bore marks of disfigurement upon his countenance which he claims were made by the complaining witness. wit-ness. His defense against the charge brought will be "self defense." de-fense." At the request of the defendant defend-ant the arraignment was postponed to await replies to telegrams sent in an endeavor to procure bondsmen. bonds-men. The defendant was advised by the County Attorney to procure legal le-gal counsel, as he claims that the complaining witness is in rather a critical condition.
