It is a significant signifi-cant fact that the three new cases in the room are Ann Price, Gerald Murvin and Theora Gillins. whose seats are next to Max Hedges' seat on three sides. The fourth case in the school is James Hedges, a brother of Max, who is a fourth grade pupil and who stopped school when Max was quar-intined. quar-intined.
