Muir, ot Milford, Utah, who, on June 1, 1914, made Homestead Entry, En-try, Serial 012 5 SO, for SViSEft, Sec. 3, T. 28 S., R. 10 W., and on October 9, 1916, made Additional Homestead Entry, Serial No. 0182 57. for NV4 NE, Sec. 10, Township 2S South, Range 10 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make three-year Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before Herbert Nichols, U. S. Commissioner, at Milford, Utah, on the 15th day of October, 1917. Claimant names as witnesses: David Tanner, H. H. Pitchforth, H. S. Vincent, James A. Atkins, all of Milford, Utah. GOULD B.
