Show Notice to Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, July 11, 1916. NOTICE is hereby given that George A. Mitchell, whose post office address is Parowan, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Law: of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appro-I appro-I priate six (6) cubic feet of water per . second from Mud or South Creek, Beaver County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which lies 1854 feet east and 11,409 feet north of the northeast corner of Township 31 south, Range 17 west, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 2,000 feet and there used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 640 acres of unsurveyed land embraced approximately in Sections Sec-tions 18 and 19, Township 30 south, Range 16 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated desig-nated in the State Engineer's Office as No. 6730. All protests against the granting of aajd application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after Hie completion of the publication of this notice.
