Show WALTERS COMPANY I Dawn O' the Mountains, a clean little drama with plenty of good comedy, com-edy, was presented last night at tho Utah Theatre, before an appreciative apprecia-tive audience which filled the. house tl its limit. The Walter's company has appear ed here before and Is well and favorably fav-orably known to a large number of our people. The play is one taken from life In the mountain regions of the South. Clara Preston as Dawn, the heroine hero-ine of the play, was good but we expected ex-pected that W. C. Walters as Jed, had a hard part to play, for It is heard for a good-hearted fellow liko hard for a good-hearted fellow like he made It to the satisfaction of tho a ud ience. Luke CoRgrove. as Slim Tooker. the traveling preacher, was the real favorite with the audience. His wise sayings, ready wit and good act ing made a hit. A return date is promised later In the Reason, i a . t |
