For Delinquent Taxes Heretofore Levied Against the Real Estate ' In Local Improvement District No. 1 The owners of all the real estate in Local Improvement District No. 1 !are hereby notified that a special tax was levied against your property prop-erty by Ordinance No. 29 passed and approved the 13th day of January, A. D. 1917, and of which ordinance It was provided that the sold tax i should be payable and become de-i de-i linquent in five annual installments and that if any one installment should become delinquent the whole !of said tax should become immediate ly due and payable and likewise delinquent de-linquent and that the third installment install-ment of said tax became delinquent on the 14th day of January, A. D. 1919.
