Graff, who is associated with the Empire Copper and Boston Development Comparty people, is now the new secretary and treasurer, and Leo Neilson, a business man of Logan, is the other new director. Secretary E. H. Watson and Director E. D. Haskln had resigned. The president pres-ident and general manager of the company la John B. Taylor, called the "dean of Utah mining;" the vice-president Is William W. Moody and the other director is Dr. Otto J. Monson. Manager Taylor said yesterday that he had received a letter from Superintendent Moody that a new discovery has been made on Key-atone Key-atone No. 1. This strike runs well In copper, samples of which are expected ex-pected today. This find is at a point about 1500 feet to the southeast of the copper shaft, which is down 100 foet, all in ore. "Everything is moving along in good shape now, and the company has been financed," finan-ced," declared the manager. Work is also being done on the Chicago tunnel, which is in 150 feet.
