Show 1 r Milford's youngsters are enjoying one of the nicest Fourth t of July programs to be offered in many years. Arranged by a ( (cmmittee of business men headed by Vance Fisher, the program pts under way with a kiddies' band concert at 1(1 a. in., and runs t uninterrupted throughout the day. t The band concert will feature "kiddy" tunes, with the musicians musi-cians parading the business and parks sections. . At 10:30 on the American Legion Park lawn the juveniles will compete in racing C uid other events, with the winners in all age groups receiving ! rash prices and free candy. At 12:S0 the doors of the Firmage Theater will be thrown open-with the ticket window remaining closed and all youngsters invited to a free kiddy show. J A Kiddie Dance begins at 2 :00 o'clock at Arion Hall also free to all youngsters. , From 3:30 to 5:00 there will be free swimming at the pool on the hill, with cash awards to winners of special swimming and diving events. After five o'colck, with the youngsters all tired out from their 2 fun of he daylight hours, their parents probably will top off the day for most of them with picnics and outings in Rock Corral I ind other canyon outing spots. |
