Show LOCALS Mrs. Dick Johnson and two children chil-dren rerturned home Sunday from a stay of several weeks with the former's father, S. J. Angell, and children at Lynndyl. Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Connell returned re-turned Tuesday from Denver, where they Visited with their daughter, Mrs. H. C. Meeker, and family. Mr. Meeker is employed in a shell casing plant at Denver. Mention was overlooked last week of the very fine Flag Day program presented Sunday, June 11, in the local L. D. S. chapel by the Cedar City Elks lodge. It was a most creditable presentation and much enjoyed by those gathered for the occasion. This gesture of (thoughtfulness and friendship, the second such presentation in some five years, is even more appreciated appreciat-ed this time, with the Stars and Stripes meaning more than ever before in our country's history.
