Show S9DTHJMLF0RD George H. Eyre returned home last week from a visit of two weeks with friends and relatives upstate. Mrs. Obra Myers served a delicious de-licious chicken dinner last Friday to a number of friends and relatives, rela-tives, the occasion being her birth anniversary. : C. G. Haskell, a former resident cf our community, visited hej and sold his property: one 40-1 acre plot to Shorty Jackson and i anoither to Floyd Wright. Mr. Haskell is employed at a defense plant in Salt Lake City. I The Milford Wild Life Protec-j tive association held their annual gclt-tcgether social meeting March 2 at the club house. A good crowd attended and enjoyed the talks and refreshments. The measles are rampant in our community. Several children are out cf school. Mr. and Mrs. P. B. Fisher have received wcrd from their son Ray, j who is located at Ogden, that the ' latter has been ordered to appear! for physical examination for induction in-duction into the armed forces. Mr. and Mrs. Golden Eyre and , their small daughter visited over ! ifiie week-end with Mr. Eyre's father, George H. Eyre. j V |
