Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 22, 1936. Notice is hereby given that Ear! J. Robertson, Salt Lake City, Utah, has made Application in accordance ac-cordance with the laws of Utah to appropriate 1 sec. ft. of water from Hamlin Canyon stream in Beaver county, Utah. Said water will be diverted from January 1 to December 31 inclusive of each vear, at a point which bears S. 11 degrees E. 2266 ft. from U. S. mineral monument No. 1 in Washington Wash-ington Mining District, (T. 29 S.. It. 19 W., SLB and M.) and used for mining, milling and incidental culinary purposes at the Silver Copper Lode Mine in Washington Mining District. I This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. 11918. All protects against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reason therefor, shall be submitted in affidavit form and in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of SU.00 and ' filed in this office within 30 days al'u-r the completion of the publication publi-cation of this notice.
