Show Pace For State Senator J. W. Pace of Delta, more familiarly famil-iarly known as "Bill", has spent a part of the past week in western west-ern Beaver county in behalf of his candidacy for state senator on the Democratic ticket. And to help his enndidacy along he has pl.Hced with The News a large display dis-play ad and an order for handbills. Mr. Pace is 42 years of ace. and a son of southern Utah pioneers. He has led an active and successful success-ful life, at present being manager of the Crest theatre at Delta. He has served as proficient of the Delta Lions club, and is a director! in the Associated Civic Clubs of Southern Utah. Also he is chairman of the Millard county-Democratic county-Democratic committee. He has the endorsement of the Utah State Federation of Labor in his campaign cam-paign as senator from the eighth |
