Show SHOPPING EARLY IS SMART SHOPPING Frequently it has been called to our attention how difficult diffi-cult it .seems to be for the average person to change long established habits, even when to change them would be considerably con-siderably to their advantage. Such an example has been clearly illustrated during recent re-cent weeks since local meat markets, and in some instances grocery stores, have been closing at 6 o'clock. Advertisers have literally pleaded with their customers to come in early, but still you' are more apt than not to find them lined up five deep at the counters between five and six. And when six comes, the butcher must be almost rude to enforce en-force the ruling laid down by the union. An early shopper enjoys personal advantages which should make it easy and do make it definitely worth while to change shopping habits from late in the day to early. For instance, selection is better early in the day, and service is much faster before the stores become crowded. Also, you are giving real additional aid to the Victory program when you shop early.
