Show Spotlighting UTAH J Hollywood In Utah Ann Baxter and Fred Mac-Murray, Mac-Murray, motion picture stars will make Whit Parry's lodge in southern south-ern Utah their home for a seven-week seven-week period starting July 11, during dur-ing which time a forthcoming production, pro-duction, titled "Smoky" will be produced on Cedar mountain, near Utah's Hollywood, Kanab. In pre-war days, millions of tourists were lured to California because of the attraction and glamour of the "movie mills." In the post-war era, tourists can see "movies in the making" right here in Utah. It's no secret that Hollywood Holly-wood is now firmly entrenched in southern Utah and is gradually lending its glamour to the state. In turn, the movies "made in Utah" are publicizing the state's scenic attractions by way of "background material" in all parts of the globe. As proof of the statement, word has just been received re-ceived by the State Department of Publicity to the effect that "Ski Aces", made in Utah, is scheduled for release September 21, for South America and later the entire world. In addition, the "Magic Carpet" Movietone film in technicolor techni-color recently completed in Utah's San Juan river areas, and for world release, is in the process of "editing" in Hollywood. All of which proves that the state's scenic attractions are on the way to world-fame and in due time will lure to Utah its just proportion pro-portion and share of tourist money, the importance of which few Utahns properly evaluate.
