Epperson, president. Mr. McKinney, publisher of the Hillsboro (Oregon) Argus, is recognized rec-ognized as one of the most outstanding out-standing publishers in the country, and he will discuss problems con- j fronting publishers as well as pro-! grams being launched by N.
