Show nCTORYJHEATRE Six count 'em six ex-champions grtiher together to make their respective respec-tive movie debuts in "Madison Square Gnnien", rapid-moving drama set against the kaleidoscopic background of Xeiv York's famed center of social, political and athletic activities, activ-ities, which opens Thursday at the Victory theatre and continues Friday ar.d Saturday. Jack Johnson, ex-hiavyweieht ex-hiavyweieht boxing champion of the world; Tom Sharkey, contender for tha heavyweight crown; Tommy Ryan, Ry-an, holder, at one time or another, of the middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight boxing championship; champion-ship; Mike Donlin, famed old-timo Xew York Giants outfielder; and Stanislaus Zbyszko, one-time heavyweight heavy-weight wrestling champion, all are seen in the film. Leading roles are I played by Jack Oakie, Thomas Meig-han, Meig-han, Marian Xixon, Warren Hymer, I William Boyd and ZaSu Pitts. The j story of a manager who brings two I proteges to the Garden in search of j fame and fortune, and of two girl telegraph operators who fall in love I with them, binds the film together. For Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, Manager Hughes of the Victory of- fers the only Harold Lloyd picture of the year, but this one big picture is everything thfat the title, "Movie Crazy," suggests to Lloyd fans and their number s legion. Constance Cummings also appears to excellent advantage in this picture and no one can afford to miss it. A human cargo hell-bound on the high seas! Craving life, they found it aboard a "Luxury Liner," with a passenger list including Geo. Brent, Zita Johann, Vivieuna Osborn, Alice, Verree Teasdale, C Aubrey Smith and Prank Morgan.
