Howard of Payson has been visiting in Milford with her daughter, Mrs. George Rogers, and i family. J. C. Bowman, president of the Beaver County Fish and Game associ- ation, was in Milford Thursday of , last week in the interests of the or-1 or-1 irani.ation. Mrs. Grover C. Cuddy returned last Friday from an extended trip to the east, having accompanied her sister, who was a delegate to the B. of L. Ladies Auxiliary convention at Cleveland, Cleve-land, Ohio. The advanced Home Science cluii held its second meeting last Thursday Thurs-day at the high school. Regular business busi-ness matters were taken up and a discussion dis-cussion on travel etiquette occupied the remaining time. Mr. and Mrs. George Litchfield, accompanied ac-companied by Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Crawford, left early Sunday by motor for a few days visit at Ely, Nevada, with Mr. and Mrs. I. Meyers (nee Crawford.) Clair Nichols motored down from Salt Lake Sunday to spend the day and take his family back with him. They had ben visiting here the past two weeks with Mrs. Nichols' parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Fothering-ham. Fothering-ham. Mr. and Mrs. L. G. Clay and children chil-dren motored to Beaver Tuesday to permit Mrs. Clay seeing her sister, W'ho was passing through on a bus, bound for Fillmore from her hom in Los Angeles, little Miss Kathryn Clay also going on to Fillmore for a visit with relatives and friends. Mrs. I. L. Kelly entertained the Pierian club Monday evening at her home. A lesson on English was given by Mrs. J. D. Johnston and Mrs. J. R. Murdock read a letter from her si.terj in Honolulu.
