LOCAL ITEMS OF INTEREST Mis. Rodney White of Beaver was operated Tuesday in the Milford hospital hos-pital for appendicitis. In order to take advantage of the exemption from assessment work on mining claims permitted all non-income non-income taxpayers under the recent act ' of congress, owners of such claims must file in the office of the county recorder, before noon of July 1, l!Ki3, notices setting forth their intention of bidding such claims under the moratorium. Forms for this purpose have been printed and are for sale by The News.
