Show NOTICE "TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, July 13, 1928. Notice is hereby given that Heber C. Jensen, whose post office address is Cedar City, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate .005 c. f. s. of water from Jenson Spring- in Iron County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the spring which bears N. 22 deg. 30 min. E., 4320 ft. from the SW corner of Sec. 9, T. 32 S., R. 15 W., S. L. B. M. and conveyed convey-ed by means of a pipe line a distance of 360 ft. where it will be used during dur-ing the entire year for the watering of a maximum of 3000 head of sheep or goats and 6 head of horse3 or mules. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as file No. 10342. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefore, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the com-pleton com-pleton of the publication of this notice.
