GET FORTY-SIX SUGGESTIONS FOR DESCRIPTIVE SONG The names of forty-six different songs were suggested for the Milford song in the medley march, "Gold Coast Limited." This response was made when a call i was made, through the columns of this : newspaper, for such a song. The march when completed, will be dedi-j cated to President Gray of the Union Un-ion Pacific. A prize will be given to the one whose suggested song is most; appropriate for the town of Milford. Ten persons sent in their sug-1 gcstions, and in addition to the forty-six forty-six songs, there were several duplications. duplica-tions. The list of songs, with the names of the persons who sent them in, was forwarded to B. M. Prcscott, of Los Angeles. Mr. Prescott is traveling agent for the Uion Pacific system. The name of the winner and of the song selected will be announced as j soon as the choice is made.
