Show MAX ROOT WEDS j OLIVE JOIINSONj NUPTIALS OCCUR IN ELY, NEVADA Miss Olive Johnson nn.1 Max Root drove to Ely, Nevada,, last Tuesday Tues-day and. were married. After a stay of a few days in that city, they returned re-turned Friday to Milford to receive congratulations and to make their home. The newly-wedded couple are both very' well known locally, both having graduated from the Ulford high school last spring. The bride, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Johnson, in school days and for short time after, was employed in the office of the Telluride Power company. For the past . few months, she has worked as a cl rk at the Corner Drug store, and we understand under-stand will continue in t'.e capacity. Mr. Root is a highly esteemed young man, enjoying, with his bride, the respect and friendship of a wide range of acquaintances in Milford. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Root, and is at present in the employ em-ploy of the Pacific Fruit Express. |
