Show Mr. and Mrs. D. R. McKnight made a business trip to Parowan, Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Thornton and children of Beaver, were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Eyre Monday evening. Mrs. Rulon Hollingshead and children chil-dren are in Beaver visiting relatives. Clinic Held A clinic was held here Monday. Forty-two children of pre-school age were examined Monday evening the high school gave a musical program, in keeping with Music Week, May 5 to 11. Chorus Wins First The Y. L. M. I. A. girls' chorus won out in the contest Tuesday evening, even-ing, the was held at Beaver. They will go to St. George Saturday to contest there. Mrs. Donald Martin and sons, Garth and Kendall of Las Vegas, who have spent the past month here, left for their home Saturday. Coach Clark Larson and the following fol-lowing boys attended the high school track meet at St. George Friday: Sherman Ward and Elmer darter, Gordon Jones and Orren Osborne. Willard Zabriskie had his tonsils removed at the Milford hospital last week. H. R. Gillins of Milford, visited here Monday evening. Miss Elsie Hales, county librarian, was a visitor at the Public Library Wednesday. The Misses Effie Wood and Leda Kelsey entertained the Gleaner Girls Friday evening.
