Gadbury returned last Saturday from a three days fishing fish-ing trip to Panguitch Lake. They report fishing good. N. Churchill and family have gone , to Salt Lake City to make their home. Mrs. John Hanlon and children have returned from Los Angeles, California Califor-nia where they have been visiting for the past three weeks with Mrs. Han-Ion's Han-Ion's relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Langenbacker are nicely located at the Bill Bond home, on North Stoddard St. Chas. O. Sportsman is working on the Cedar City Branch. Mrs. D. A. Workman and son Lloyd accompanied Miss Margy DeWitt to her home at Marysvale. ! Lloyd Workman of Provo is here visiting with his parents. Mrs. W, F. Cottrell, of Provo, came to Milford upon hearing of the death of Mr. D. R. Roper. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Martin and son Robert motored to Frisco Sunday evening. ev-ening. Robert remained to spend a week visiting at the Allen English home. Mrs. A. M. Fotheringham has accepted ac-cepted a position in the ready-to-wear department at the Toggery. Orrin Goodwin, of Beaver ,is driving driv-ing the mail truck between Milford and Beaver. Geo. S. Frazier left Wednesday for his home at Salt Lake City. Mr. Landes, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Jo-hansen Jo-hansen returned Sunday night frpm a two weeks vacation spent in Calif., Mrs. Landes and baby will remain for some timie with her mother at Hemtet, Calif. '''Mrs. Mattie Ferguson and family are leaving this week for Ely, Nev., j to make their home. ss Dorothy Levi left Monday i night for Los Angeles, Calif. She j will enter school at Pasadena. Jake Webber purchased a DeLaval separator this week from the local ; dealer. Mr. Webber is one of our valley farmers who is milking 12 to 14 head of cows, and making good in the dairy business. ! Mrs. Berny Okohira drove up to Salt Lake City yesterday to meet her son, William Alexander, who has been in New York City for the past two : and a half years. They will return to Milford next week. Miss Honora Hutchings, clerk in the local Telluride office, expects to leave Sunday for Pheonix, Arizona, for a two week's vacation. Mr. and Mrs. George V. Yepsen arrived ar-rived Friday by auto from Yetter, Iowa, to visit their son, Val Yepsen. They will probably visit here for about a month. Karl S. Carlton was down from Beaver yesterday. |
