Show 'SPORTSMEN GATHER AT SHOOTING RANGE TO TRY OUT TRAPS The new Milford Valley gun club has attracted considerable interest in Beaver as well as Milford as a number num-ber of Beaver trap enthusiasts tried out the new trap at the shooting range here last Supday. Dr. I. J. Hopkins, William Boyle, A. Hamilton, William Hutchins and D. Muir of the Beaver gun club shot a round with Hamilton making the best score, eighteen hits out of twenty-five. Six more rounds were shot by local loc-al people and a sizeable gallery watched the sport at the improved shooting range. During the proceeding proceed-ing week, a new Black Diamond Automatic Au-tomatic trap had been installed in the shelter that had been built for the purpose ,and work started on building benches for the spectators. About two hundred dollars worth qf improvements- had been made and the members were out enmass to try out the new equipment. Seven rounds, 875 shots, were fired with the rounds being shot by sets of five sportsmen. The scores printed below are for the number of hits out of twenty-five shots.
