Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, May 24, 1929. Notice is hereby given that Ernest R. Woolley, whose post office address s Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inclusive to appropriate ap-propriate .1 c. f. s. of water from two springs in Beaver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted from the points of issuance of the springs as follows: From Spring No. 1, N. 3 deg. 48 Min., 30 Seo. W. 20310 ft from the SE cor. of T. 29 S., R. 15 W., S. L. B. & M. and from Spring No. , N. 3 deg. 50' W. 20420 ft from said comer and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance of 2640 ft., where it will be used during the entire en-tire year for general mining purposes pur-poses at the Escalante Copper Mine in the Jack Rabbit Mining district. As much water as may be necessary will be used during the entire year .'or domestic purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10G53. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit n duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office with- n thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
