Show CEDAR DEALERS SLIP UP ON CIGARETTE LAW The finding of broken cartons of cigarettes without the packages being be-ing properly stamped, in several dealers' places of business last week when two representatives from the State treasurer's office resulted in complaints against them being asked ask-ed for. The statute provides for a fine of $100 in such cases and since the cases seem to be clear against them, the firms concerned will probably be set buck just that amount though no complaints had been issued on Wednesday. The business houses involved are Barklow Brothers at tho Depot, Standard Supply Co., the Goodies Garden and Ralph Watson. Paro-wan Paro-wan Times. |
