Show PAROLE SOUGHT BY TOMER, ROBBER OF MILFORD AUTO CO. Among the applicants tor parole and pardons before the state board of pardons at the regular March meeting held iu Salt Lake city Saturday, Satur-day, was that ot Edward Tomer, serving a sentence of five years to life for robbing the Milford Garagr; last December. Tomer who has served two months and five days, was recommended a release as soon as he can obtain employment, em-ployment, termination of the sentence sent-ence conditions on employment being found. The applicant was the younger of of the two men convicted of the holdup hold-up in Milford. and owing to his youth and the influence weilded by ! his older companion Harold Guymoa in the crime, the district attorney and other officials had recommended his release to the pardon board. |
