Show CALLED TO MORONI BY MOTHER'S DEATH Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Weston, of this city, received the sad information of the death of Mr. Weston's mother at her home in Moroni Friday. They left the following day for Moroni to attend the funeral which was held Sunday afternoon in the L. D. S. ward chapel in that city. Mrs. Weston was K5 years of aire at the time of her death. Her husband, hus-band, who survives her, is 90 years of age, and they had the distinction of being the oldest couple in Moroni, having made their home at that place for the past 45 years. Mr. Weston is well known in Milford having worked work-ed here as boiler-maker in the Union Pacific shops in 1913. Jane Parry Weston was born in Huddleston, England, January 12, 1847. She married Alfred William Weston and they emigrat"d to Utah in 1885. She had been a life-time member of the L. V. S. church and an active worker. Five sons and daughters survive: Alfred S. We. ton, Jr., and Mi-s Mary Elizabeth Weston, Moroni; Mrs. Edward Ed-ward Beckstrom, Salt Lake; Jul,n li. Weston, Milford; William L. We.'-ton, Boulder City, Xev., and eight grand children. |
