DERN, KING RE-ELECTED Governor Dern and Senator King were conceded re-elections by their opponents, with margins fairly close. Dern had a greater lead over Wattis than King over Bamberger. The Democrats are claiming a majority ma-jority of state offices with the returns on Thursday still incomplete. , COX LARSON WIN The Republican judicial ticket was elected. LeRoy Cox being the choice for Judge and A. L. Larson winning the office of district attorney. Heavy voting in favor of these, candidates was reported in the southern counties I of the district. ( MILFORD VOTE ABOUT EVEN , Locally, the vote was about as tight as has been known in the county and especially in Milford. In Milford, the lead of Hoover over Smith was only five votes of 758. Three votes were cast for the Socialist ticket. George Jefferson went into the office of Reo- resentative by a narrow margin of 55 votes. An early lead in the Mil- j ford precinct of 282 votes was wiper! ' out by Tolton's majority in Beaver ! until late Tuesday night Jefferson's margin was on'ly four or five.
