Show 'HOOVER TO OCCUPY i J. C. PENNEY HOME j AT MIAMI, EA. I Belle Isle, Miami, Florida, will be the official pre-inaugural "White House of America." This is the simple hut elegant home of J. C. Penney, founder of the J. C. Penney company and nationally known agriculturist and stock breeder, which the Hoover family will occupy.
