Show LOCAL TEAM TRIMS PAROWAN QUINTET Milford High School took the spotlight spot-light here last Friday evening when its basketball team forced Parowan visitors to take the short end of a 23 to 17 score. The Hilltoppers funtioned in a style that was pleasing to local partisans parti-sans and played a 'heads-up' game all the way through. They took a small lead and doggedly held on to it for the full period of the game. The game was packed with snappy playing that brought cheers from the fans who like to watch clever basketball. basket-ball. Milford meets Beaver here tonight, (Friday), in the last pre-season game before the regional scramble. The locals have gradually been developing develop-ing with each game and promise to give the visiting boys plenty of hardship.
