Show MAROONED SHEEP THRIVE UNATTENDED The band of sheep which were dis-qovered dis-qovered recently, marooned on the Horn mountain, by airplane ftierfe, who were counting the deer and elk on the Manti forest, were rescued and ibrought into Castle Dale last Wednesday. The band, consisting of 115 head, including both bells and blacks, although al-though marooned on the snow covered cover-ed mountain for more 'than Hh'ree1 months, alone, without either herder or dog, are in better condition than some of those which have been tended tend-ed throughout the winter. A few elk were with the sheep when found, and it is supposed that the sheep used the trails broken by the elk, from one ridge to another as only the highest ridges were bare of snow and the only visible feed was service berries and sage brush.
