Show SHAKE UP G. 0. P. W. W. Seegmiller, a vice-chairman of the Republican state organization, has created no little stir in Utah political circles by asking for a reorganization of the entire party in this state and has shown that he means what he says by offering his own resignation. The move, he says, would be the means of uniting the warring factions within the party and of removing the menace men-ace of group alignments, such as the Sevens, which he mentions men-tions specifically. . Mr. Seegmiller's action is not at all surprising. The j Republican machine was not hitting on all cylinders in Utah g during this election. It is proved by the paradoxical vote which gave Hoover and Curtis our electoral vote yet placed ! Democrats at the head of most of our state departments. i |
