Be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of Milford, Utah: Section I. That the Board of Trustees Trus-tees of Milford, Utah, does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment as-sessment of the same upon the prop-ertv prop-ertv horemafter described in Lighting District No. 1., for the purpose of installing in-stalling f;fteen (15) omental light standards complete (readv for operation), opera-tion), each standard to be equipped with one electric ornamental globe unit, to wit: 1. 2. 3 and 4 of Block 7; Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 8; Lots 5, 6. 7 and 8 of 10 Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Block 11; 1S1 ' !'?Vd 4 of B,ock 12; d p't B, Hfilford Townsite Survey. his tax is levied to defray the ex- j penses of installing fifteen (15) ornamental orna-mental light standards complete I (ready for operation), each standard to be equipped with one electric globe unit, to he installed on east and west sides of Main Street from the south side of 2nd Avenue to the south side i of 5th Avenue, the portions of said streets opposite the property hereinbefore here-inbefore and hereinafter described to be especially affected and benefited by said improvement, and it is hereby adjudged, -determined and established that said property will be especially benefited thereby to the full amount of the tax hereby levied, and said parcels of land are hereby assessed at an equal and uniform rate in accordance ac-cordance with the linear foot frontage front-age upon the said land, and the tax hereby levied and to be assessed upon the said parcels of land is $1710.75, or SI. 00 per front or linear foot of abutting property, which is the total abutters' cost of said improvement, according ac-cording to the contract entered into for the performance of said work and m.akine the said improvement with Telluride Power Company, the contractors, con-tractors, dated the 28th day of July, 1928, and the Town Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to assess, in accordance with the provisions pro-visions of this ordinance, for the purpose pur-pose herein mentioned: Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Block 6; Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 7; Lots 1, 2. 3 and 4 of Block 8; Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Block 9; Lots 1, 2, 8 and 4 of Block 10; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Block 11: Lots 1, 2. 3 and 4 of Block 12; and Lot 1 of Block 13; all in Amended Amend-ed Plat B, Milford Townsite Survey, as the same are shown upon the of ficial plats of said town, and to collect the said tax. Section II. That the assessment list made by the Town Treasurer as corrected, cor-rected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and Review of the property descrihed in Section T of this ordinance in T.io-htino- Tlic- trict No. 1. of Milford, Utah, for the purnose aforementioned, is hereby confirmed and the assessments made and returned in said lists, and the re-nort re-nort of the Board of Equalization and Review to the Board of Trustees of Milford, Utah, are hereby ratified, ap-nroved ap-nroved and confirmed. Section III. Said tax shall be payable pay-able in two equal yearly installments as nrovided by law, and ordinance, with interest on the whole sum unpaid un-paid at the rate of seven percent per annum, payable at the time each installment in-stallment is due. In the event any installment in-stallment or interest aforesaid is not naid on the day the same becomes due, the whole amount of the special tax unpaid at the time the said installment in-stallment or interest is due, shall become be-come due and payable, and shall draw interest at the rate of twelve percent per annum until the sale of the property prop-erty assessed. - Section IV.
