Millard County Realty Bid. j Lelta btate Ran If DELTA, UTAH NOTICE OF SALE OF BONDS Notice is hereby given that at an election held in Millard County Drainage District No.- 1, in Millard County, Utah, on the 7th' day of May, 1921, the land owners in said district authorized the Board of Supervisors of said District to .issue the bonds of said district in the sum of $35,000 (thirty-five thousand dollars), with which to raise funds to construct and maintain drains and a drainage system in said district with which to drain the lands in the district. It is the intention of the Board of Supervisors of said District to sell and dispose of said bonds for cash to the highest and best bidder. Said bonds are to run not less than ten nor more than forty years and bear interest payable semi-annually at a rate not exceeding six per cent per annum, to be called "Drainage District Bonds," which said bonds shall not be sold for less than 90 of their par value and the proceeds of which shall be used for no other purpose than paying the cost of constructing said drains and drainage drain-age canals necessary to drain the land In this district. Notice Is hereby given that sealed proposals for the purchase of said bonds will be received by the said Board of Supervisors at their office at Hinckley, Millard County, Utah, until 2:00 o'clock p. m. on the 2nd day of July, 1921, at which time and place the said Board of Supervisors will open the proposals or bttl3 and may award the purchase of the bonds to the highest responsible bidder. bid-der.
