Miss Margaret Nielson has returned re-turned home from Salt Lake, where she has been attending summer school. Mi", and Mrs. Jos. Wells were here visiting friends and relatives rela-tives for the 24th of July. Bom to Mr. and Mrs. Ray Finlinson, July 23rd, a boy. All concerned doing fine. Parley Elder has gone to Lynn-dyl Lynn-dyl to work. A shower was given last week at the home of Lee Anderson, in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Anderson. An-derson. All present had an enjoyable en-joyable time. A baby boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. Leo Finlinson, July 23rd. A birthday party was given Miss Belva Lovell, last Tuesday evening, at the home of Miss Edna Anderson. A fine rain storm visited this town last week which did much good. , ' Fred S.' Lyman, of Grayson, Utah,' is here visiting friends and relatives. Miss Zola Lyman is again in our little town, and expects to stay here all winter. Relief Society Conference was held here last Wednesday. There was a largjs attendance, with ; manv out of town visitors'. p Dr. Broaddus visited Oak City again last week. Mrs. Lily Reed from Salt Lake is here visiting her sister, Mrs-i Mrs-i Eliza Anderson. Alton Lyman and wife have left us. We are sorry to part with them, but wish them the best of luck. Fred Hartley from Salt Lake, ' was a visitor here last week. Si'neon Walker made a trip to ' Lynndyl Sunday. ; Miss Pearl Christensen has re-" re-" turned home from Delta, where . sVip has been visiting for some time. Mrs. Jos. L. Anderson has been on the sick list of late, but ' we are glad to state that she is improving. |
