Perhaps If we keep kicking, kick-ing, we will get better service. We have had some very severe cold weather, but it has moderated the last few days. Everyone has put up Ice this year. E. W. The Baker teams returned home after aft-er waiting at Burbank for a few days until they could learn whether their car of flour was at Newhouse (It was not). 'Phil Baker has gone to Salt Lake City to attend school. Tom Dearden has gone to Newhouse for, a new hay-baler. Guy Richardson and Edward Christopherson Chris-topherson have gone to Newhouse for a new wagon. Mr. Smithsoo, of Baker. Is reported 111 with pneumonia. The Dearden boys returned from their sad mission of conveying the remains re-mains of their father. Thos. Dearden Sr.. to be placed by the side of his wife. In Fillmore, his old home.
