Show 1 Sheriff's Sale In the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District of the State of Utah in and for the county of Millard. Delta Land & Water Company, a corporation, Plaintiff, vs. E. W. Clayton and Jane Doe Clayton, his wife, otherwise unknown, Defendants. To be sold at Sheriff's sale at the East Frontdoor of the county coun-ty court house in Fillmore city, Millarc county, state of Utah, on the 4th day of December, 1915 at one o'clock p. m. of said day, all the right, iitle, claim and interest in-terest of the defendant, E. W. Clayton and Jane Doe Clayton, his wife otherwise unknown, in and to the following described real estate with water rights for the same, situated in Millard county, Utah, and more particularly particu-larly described as follows, to wit: The North East quarter of the North East quarter in section Twenty-three 2ri, of township Sixteen liij south, of range Seven 7 west, containing forty for-ty lii acres in Millard Countv, Utah. Together with all the rights, privileges, appurtenances and water rights thereinto belonging. Purchase price payable in lawful law-ful money of the United States.
