Show City Elction Tame The city election held last Tuesday was a very quiet affair. There was but one ticket in the field and of course no enthusiasm enthusi-asm was displayed, all seeming well satisfied with the canidates an the Citizens' Ticket. The officers for the coming two-year two-year term who will take the oath :f office on the 1st of January ire as follows: E. S. Marshall, president and mayor. Trustees, John Avery Bishop, James Wilkins, Jr., Wm. E. Bunker and George Dob-son. Dob-son. These are all good men and worthy of the dignity of their offices. They will make good Trustees and we are sure will not let any opportunities for the betterment of the town escape them. |
