Show EARTHQUAKE IN NEVADA. People Flee From Homes When Buildings Build-ings Begin to Rock Imlay, Nev. Much damage -was done 'by earthquake shocks for 100 miles along the Southern Pacific railroad, rail-road, it was learned, from reports received re-ceived Sunday. Several railroad water tanks top-pled from their supports sup-ports and one of them at Lovelock, forty miles west of here, crushed one end of a dwelling house. People fled from their residences in night clothing here and elsewhere. Walls of three brick buildings at Lovelock were cracked open. |
