Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Ctah, April 29, 1912. Notice is hereby given that John Dewsnup, whose postofflce address H Deseret, Ctah, has made application In accordance with the requirement! of the Compiled Laws of Ctah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Ctah, 19(19 and 1911. to appropriate two and twenty-two hundredths (2 22) cubic feet of water from Sevier river, Millard county, Ctah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears iouth 40 degrees east 3,f64 leet distant dis-tant from the northwest comer of bee tlon 6, Township IS South, Range 7 West, bait Lake Ilase and Meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 10. Ml) feet, and there used from January 1 to December 31, Inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 155.98 acres of land embraced in Sections Sec-tions 2 and 3, Township 18 South, Range 8 West, Rait Lake Uase and Meridian. This application is designated desig-nated in the Stale Engineer's office as No. 4445. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed In this office within thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of tbe publication cf this notice.
