Show NEWS NOTES OF SC1PIO Spring has come at last. The trees and flowers are all In bloom and the growing crops are looking flue. Considerable work Is being done on the Irrigation ditches to get them in readiness for the coming season. Miss Norma Matthews Is home again, alter having spent the past few weeks In Fillmore. Kliler James Olsen has returned from a mission In the northern states. m Miss Patten and Miss Zcllick are over from Nephl on a visit. They are staying at the Miller Hotel. Miss Myra Martin Is home again. She has been teaching school at Central Cen-tral the past winter. The Kclplu baseball team has reorganised reor-ganised with Curtis Johnson as cap-lain cap-lain and Leu Thompson as manager. There was a game matched between Gunnison and Sclplo, to be played here last Saturday, but It was postponed. Mrs. Arthur Huikley Is down from Provo to vinit her parents. Mr and Mr J. H. Martin. |
