Sec. 3: Unborn animals. No bounty will be paid on unborn ground squirrels, or gophers, or ears of unborn raubits. Sec. 4: Appointing of Deputies, regulations, reg-ulations, etc. The county commissioners commission-ers shall appoint deputies to receive a. id bounty the animals mentioned in this ordinance, in tne several precincts of the county, as tney may deem necessary. Sec. 5: Deputies, biter receiving appointments, ap-pointments, shall give a bond in the penal sum of Two Hundred Dollars, for tne faithful performance of tneir duties and shall be governed under the following follow-ing regulations: That upon receiving trie heads or the ears oi ttie manuals mentioned in this ordianauce, as the case rnay be, said depute. snail examine exam-ine on oath or on altirmatiun sucn person per-son or persons producing the heads or ears of said animalsi tietein mentioned, touching the time and place said animals ani-mals Were .killed, and if upon said investigation inves-tigation and examination the deputies are satisfied that said animal or animals ani-mals were Killed by tlie person or persons per-sons producing the head or heads of ground squirrels or gophers, or the ears of rauoits, as the case may be, then the head or heads and ears shall be burned and said deputies shall issue receipts therefor to the person or persons producing pro-ducing the same, and upon presentation of such receipts to the County Clerk of Millard County, Utah, said clerk shall issue a warrant on the county treasurer of Millard County for said amount, who shall pay the same out of tne general fund of the county. - Sec. 6: All deputies shall be furnished furnish-ed with receipt books by said county, and the deputies shall keep a .strict account ac-count of all animals bountied, kind of animals and the amount of receipts issued is-sued and to whom issued, upon the stub of receipt books. The deputies shall make report to the County Clerk of the number of animals bountied on the 1st day of March, the 1st day of April and on the 17th day of May, 1915. All deputies shall stop issuing issu-ing bounty receipts, close up their books and make a full report and send same together with stubs of all receipts issued, issu-ed, to the county clerk on or before the 25th day of May, 1915. This Ordinance shall take effect on the 17th day of February, 1915. Passed and approved this 2nd day of February, 1915. H. E. Maxrield, John A. Beckstrand and August Neilson, voting yes. Signed, H.
