Latnlra lllshop secretary, and Elizabeth Calllster ai treasurer. The retiring officers were: Mrs Ann IllBhop, president; Ruth Maxfiek and Almeda Lewis, as counselors; Mrs Rlgby, secretary; Mrs. J. II. Peterson treasurer. The new officers will giv. a party in the hall nextj3aturday nigh In honor of the retiring officers. Every .body in tHewJi.ver years ?f is invited. Mr. Jaa. A. Melville arrived hen from Los Angeles, Calif., last Thursdaj morning with some land buyers. Al though they think California very nice they think that they will make thh place their home. Mllanda M. Pratt was down from Salt Lake City last week on business. Tho excavating for the new spillway Is completed and when finished will be one of tho finest spillways in the country. It will have a solid clay formation, form-ation, which is next best to solid rock. Quite a number of trees have been received here within the last week, mostly from local nurseries. |
